Sky Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on October 31, 2009, inter alia, have passed the following resolutions:
1. Adopted the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2009 together with the Directors Report, Report on Corporate Governance and the Auditors Report thereon on that date.
2. Mr. Saurabh Motani & Mr. Vijay Choraria were re-appointed as the directors of the Company.
3. M/s. Kalyaniwalla & Mistry were re-appointed as Statutory Auditors of the Company for the accounting year 2009-2010.
4. Mr. Maikal Raorani was appointed as a whole-time director of the company at the terms and conditions and for such term as set out in the resolution.
5. Mr. Nitin Motani was appointed as Chairman / Executive director of the company at the terms and conditions and for such term as set out in the resolution.
6. Mr. Shailesh Shah was appointed as a Managing director of the company at the terms and conditions and for such term as set out in the resolution.
7. Mr. Sharad Shah was appointed as an Executive Director of the company at the terms and conditions and for such term as set out in the resolution.
8. Mr. Saurabh Motani was appointed as an Executive Director of the company at the terms and conditions and for such term as set out in the resolution.
